I’m having trouble with Google Suggest showing up again too (not an OG issue, just wondering if you can help). It’s showing up on Google Maps despite my Google preferences, and it’s back on Youtube too. I had been using the work-around described here: http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/2009/02/how-to-disable-google-suggest.html for youtube, but that no longer works.

Hi,
First thank you for all your efforts. I am using it on Firefox 3.6.10. Most of the functions I loved about your ad on and it now defunct predecessor have stopped working. The following no longer seem to work:
1) sticky prefs.
2) listing of other search engines
3) listing of other shopping sites
4) function choices are grayed out.
Do the privacy functions work anymore? I think I will assume google knows all again.

Optimize Google will make Google’s Main Search Page reload constantly if you check off SafeSearch under Preferences/Sticky Google Preferences.
