The “Add links to other search sites” function isn’t working properly in this version of OG. If you do multiple searches, the “Try your search on” section keeps building up.

Thanks for the hard work on the updates! This add-on is working nicely with the Google new layout and I like the enhancements that OptimizeGoogle brought. For me, when being used together with SearchPreview and Stylish (to transform Google’s layout to black) add-on, Google looks much much better.

This new version does not ‘add links to other image/photo/art search sites’ in Google’s image search. At least, it’s not working for me.

I second B.B.’s comment. I’ve been getting duplicate “Try your search on” lines as well.

I quote B.B. this version repeats endlessly the “Add links to other search sites” …

Any chance we’ll get OptimizeGoogle available for Minefield 4.0b2pre?
Cheers

Google just released a new Image Search. They have basically copied most of the severely bad ideas of Bing Image search. I think the only way to turn off the new features is to disable scripts. I cannot even begin to describe the idiocy that happens if you actually click on a image. Please fix, we are counting on you!!!

For the love of God, please make the new Google Images format go away! Perhaps you could automate the “Switch to basic version” link.
I want my old fast, easy to use version of Google Images, not this turdified, slow as molasses, crapfest!!!

google suggestions mostly are very much helpful. I do not want to switch them off. unfortunately, it doesn´t work any more in O.G – therefore, I had to deactivate the otherwise good addon – a pity

We’re working on a fix. As Google has again changed a lot it takes time…

Do I really have to enable active scripting on http://www.google.com in order to get my sticky preferences to work? Can’t you just add a fake cookie or something? Active scripts are the mother of all security threats.

“Remove clicktracking” seems to have broken in the past few days: Clicking a link on a google web search page often does not follow the link, but goes to a blank page with the click-tracking url in the url bar.
